Professional Background

As a long-time Voice Dialogue practitioner and close mentee and friend of Hal Stone's for over a decade, I am highly skilled at inner selves work. I assisted Hal & Sidra at workshops at Omega Institute and Delos institute and have led trainings myself. Voice Dialogue and Zen meditation, which I've practiced for half a century, are my favorite psycho-spiritual practices. Through them, I have helped myself and others make very significant transformations. I also call on IFS, strategic family systems work, and Byron Katie Work to help people become unstuck and open to their natural freedom and joy. I studied closely with Katie for over a decade. She asked me to write about the connection between Buddhism and her Work.
