Course Title: FACILITATOR TRAINING LEVEL I, LONDON, UK, 15-16 Nov 2008

THE TRAINING
This workshop will provide a basic introduction to Voice Dialogue and how to facilitate a session. The methodology is experiential and process oriented and based on the following ancient wisdom: I hear and I forget; I see and I remember; I do and I understand.

Course content will include:

* Demonstration of the Voice Dialogue process

* Theory of the Psychology of Selves & the Aware Ego Process

* Practical procedures:

- establishing rapport

- question techniques

- introduction to energetics

- creating the awareness state

- charting the selves

* Applications in every day life

* Practice under supervision.

THE TRAINER
John Kent

Born in London, John has lived and worked as a communication trainer, seminar leader and facilitator in Europe, South Africa, SE Asia, South America and USA. He has over 25 years experience in developing and delivering intensive seminars that help participants improve both intra-personal and interpersonal communication. His clients have included corporate,
academic, medical and scientific organizations.

He first studied Voice Dialogue with Hal and Sidra while living in the USA. From 1991 to 1995 he helped establish and run a Voice Dialogue Centre in Tucson, Arizona and also taught Voice Dialogue in San Francisco. He is experienced both in offering Voice Dialogue workshops and in conducting private sessions. John now lives in London where he has his own Voice Dialogue practice.
